چکیده

Background: In the present study, we aimed to determine expression of PDL1 and its correlation with TIL in Triple Negative (ER, PR Her 2neu negative) cases breast carcinoma (immune-histochemical study)
Methods: Expression PD-L1 was seen on 40 proven triple negative carcinomas (TNBC) correlate it other parameters affecting prognosis disease. All were infiltrating ductal NOS (not otherwise specified)
Result: Maximum Grade III (67.5%) followed by II (32.5%). positivity 32.5% whereas positive for 27.5 %. 5 both epithelial cell TIL. Out 13 tumors, 38.5% showed out 27 only 22.2% positive. however there no statistically significant between positivity. PDL-1 more (33.3%) as compared (23%) lesions. Thus, observed that increased from grade lesions.
Conclusion: Intra-tumoral is directly proportional histological grade, aggressive subtypes TNBC tumor cells We thus postulate measurement could enhance accuracy predicting patient allow optimal treatment selection.
